With a practice focused on tax litigation, she advises clients on tax controversies at all levels of taxation, in and outside of court, including reviews, audits and administrative objections. A natural problem solver, she is able to quickly home in on the key issues and find creative solutions. Molly is a frequent speaker on tax litigation topics and privilege, including solicitor-client privilege and common-interest privilege. She is on the Planning Committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation's Ontario Tax Conference.
