A partner in the firm’s litigation group in Toronto, Moya’s practice focuses on corporate/commercial litigation and infrastructure/construction disputes, as well as professional liability disputes of all kinds. Moya’s corporate/commercial practice includes matters involving departing employees, breaches of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes in private companies, and intergenerational disputes about family wealth and business. Moya’s infrastructure/construction practice is focused on trials and arbitrations involving delay/disruption claims, change orders, and professional negligence involving design, engineering and construction. Moya has both a trial and appellate practice, with a significant component of private arbitrations. She has appeared before all levels of Court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
