Partner at BLG who practises in English and French in both the Toronto and Ottawa offices. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing clients in constitutional, appellate, class action, and commercial law litigation matters. She regularly appears before all levels of court on a wide variety of litigation matters, including before provincial appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has represented several clients before the SCC, including the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada in Grant Thornton v. Province of New Brunswick and York University in Access Copyright v. York University. Nadia has also appeared before numerous administrative tribunals including most recently the Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in BC as well as the Ontario Judicial Council. She also currently acts for several defendants in employment class action for unpaid wages and overtime. Nadia is ranked by Benchmark, Chambers, and Best Lawyers. She has been recognized for the last four years in Benchmark's40 & Under Hotlist and was recognized in 2020 as one of Benchmark's Top 50 Women in Litigation.
