Nadia is a Partner at BLG who practises in English and French in both the Toronto and Ottawa offices. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing clients in constitutional, appellate, class action, and commercial law litigation matters. She regularly appears before all levels of court on a wide variety of litigation matters, including before provincial appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has represented several clients before the SCC, including recently the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and York University. Nadia has also appeared before numerous administrative tribunals, including the Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in BC and the Ontario Judicial Council. She is also Lead Counsel for the Honourable Louise Arbour appointed to carry out a review into the Canadian Armed Forces and Department of National Defence, in response to reports of harassment and sexual misconduct. Nadia is ranked byBenchmark, Chambers, and Best Lawyers. She has been recognized for the last four years in Benchmark's 40 & Under Hotlist and was recognized in 2020 as one of Benchmark's Top 50 Women in Litigation.
