Nadir André

Nadir André is a Partner at JFK Law with over 25 years of experience in Aboriginal Law, representing Indigenous governments, organizations, and businesses across Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, and the Atlantic. A proud member of the Nation Innu Matimekush–Lac John, he focuses on protecting and advancing Indigenous constitutional and international rights, particularly relating to land and natural resources. Nadir’s practice spans litigation, Nation Building, negotiation, and business law. He has led major files involving title claims, duty to consult, specific and comprehensive land claims, natural resource agreements, modern treaty implementation, and self-government negotiations.
