Naïm Alexandre Antaki is a business and technology law partner and leader of the firm’s Private M&A and General Counsel Goup in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office. He also co-leads the firm’s national Artificial Intelligence Group and the Montréal Technology Industry Group. Licensed to practise in Québec and Ontario, he provides strategic, solution-oriented advice to Canadian and foreign businesses in the course of their cross-border activities and expansion, bridging civil law and common law jurisdictions. He is sought after to lead and coordinate complex transactions in M&A, corporate finance, and private equity.
