Natalie is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Real Property and Planning Group in Vancouver. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate, including compliance with the Real Estate Development Marketing Act, land title and municipal approvals, strata property issues, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing and related corporate matters. Natalie enables clients to streamline zoning and permitting processes, resolve approval challenges, and accelerate the marketing and sale of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. Natalie has extensive experience with all types of projects, including master-planned communities, air space parcels, phased strata plans, leasehold developments and affordable rental projects. She also regularly assists clients in dealings with local governments, public utilities and various governmental and regulatory authorities with respect to subdivision, servicing, zoning and permitting matters.
