Nikki L. Charlton specializes exclusively in the area of family law. She appears regularly in the Supreme Court of British Columbia as well as the Court of Appeal. Nikki provides services from either a collaborative or litigation approach depending on the individual needs of her clients. Nikki enjoys strategizing to determine the best ways to resolve family law disputes. She is an accredited Family Law Mediator, Arbitrator, and Parenting Coordinator. Nikki was educated at the University of Victoria where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction. She studied law at the University of British Columbia Law School and was called to the BC Bar in 2004. Nikki is a contributor to continuing education seminars for other lawyers, and presents regularly at conferences on various complex issues affecting couples going through separation and divorce within British Columbia. She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association Family Law Section as well as the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. Presently Nikki is on the executive board of the BC Parenting Coordination Roster Society.
