Nora Osbaldeston is a senior partner in the National Financial Services Group at Miller Thomson and has extensive experience across many industries and sectors, acting for domestic and foreign financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and international syndicated and bilateral financings. She has held several notable leadership positions at the Firm over many years, including formerly the Regional Managing Partner (Ontario), Managing Partner of our Toronto and Vaughan Offices, National Specialty Lead of our Financial Services Group and a member of our Firm’s national executive committee. Nora drives one of the Firm’s international initiatives through Multilaw, a leading global network of over 100 independent law firms worldwide, of which Miller Thomson is a leading member. As Americas Regional Chair and a member of the Multilaw Management Committee, she elevates the Firm’s global engagement, ensuring clients receive seamless support across international markets. Nora is an independent board member of RFA Bank, a Schedule 1 Bank under the Bank Act Canada, and is the chair of its governance, conduct review and compensation committee. Nora is a board member and chairs the finance committee of Multilaw.
