Olivier Fraticelli began his legal career in Quebec in 1985 and was also a member of the Paris bar from 1981 to 2021. He joined LCM Attorneys Inc. in 2017, following more than 20 years at Fraticelli Provost, the boutique litigation firm he founded in 1996 and where he served as a principal partner. Throughout his distinguished career, he has devoted his practice to litigation, with particular emphasis on professional liability, construction law, insurance law, civil liability, and product liability.
