Former managing partner of the firm’s Hamilton office, Pam Vermeersch is chair of Gowling WLG’s Corporate Department, providing strategic leadership for the firm’s Canadian corporate commercial, M&A, capital markets and tax practices. Her practice covers the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on M&A, restructuring and franchising. Her clients rely on Pam for pragmatic, business-minded counsel across an array of domestic and cross-border transactions and governance issues, supported by deep experience across manufacturing, technology and franchise systems.
