Pamela is a formidable advocate with a proven track record of litigating difficult wrongful dismissal cases both at the trial level and appeal level for both employees and employers. She has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She also handles Ministry of Labour complaints, Canadian Labour Board unjust dismissal claims, and Canadian Human Rights Commission applications.
