Pascal Rochefort is a lawyer and a certified human resources advisor practising labour and employment law as well as occupational health and safety. With extensive experience in labour and administrative law, he advises and represents employers under both provincial and federal jurisdictions across all aspects of labour relations, serving clients in the communications, transportation, public services, manufacturing and arts sectors. Mr. Rochefort specializes in negotiations. He frequently acts as negotiator, spokesperson and strategic advisor to employers, particularly in change management and organizational communications. His solid expertise in labour and employment law, combined with his practical business experience, make him a valued partner to his clients. Furthermore, Pascal teaches Labour Relations at McGill University. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
