Philippe Johnson

As a Managing Partner of the firm, Philippe is dedicated, as always, to embracing our clients’ high-stakes challenges and providing them with innovative, clear and efficient solutions. Philippe has spent more than two decades advising leading companies – Canadian, US, and international – on their most important Canadian investments. He has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and other major projects. Cross-border and international deals are a significant area of focus. Philippe has been a member of our Management Committee since 2012. He is currently the outgoing Chair of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, which promotes the prosperity of the city and its businesses as well as a director of Fondation Serge Marcil, which focuses on improving the well-being of children in Haiti and Africa.
