Prachi is a senior counsel at Clyde & Co with an insurance law and civil litigation practice. She is recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada (2022 and 2023 editions) in insurance law. Fluent in French and in English, she advises foreign and domestic insurers, does insurance coverage opinion work and monitors claims against Canadian insureds in various jurisdictions with respect to E&O, professional liability/indemnity, D&O, CGL, abuse, cyber and property insurance policies. In her litigation practice, she has represented not only insurers but various professionals and companies, including IT firms, manufacturers, non-profit and religious organizations, and directors and officers before the Quebec and Ontario courts.
