Quinto M. Annibale

Quinto Annibale practises municipal, land use planning, and development law and brings more than four decades of experience as an advocate. He has appeared before the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the OMB and LPAT) in hundreds of cases and has spent his entire legal career at Loopstra Nixon LLP. Quinto has been involved in some of Ontario’s most significant and complex land use planning matters. He is a widely recognized author and lecturer, frequently speaking at conferences across North America. He is the author of Municipal Lands: Acquisition, Management and Disposition (Thomson Reuters) and a contributing author and consulting editor of two additional leading texts in the field. Quinto currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. He is also deeply engaged in community service and charitable work. He is Chair of the Board of Directors of St. Rita at Marylake Long-Term Care Home and is the founder and president of the Carol Annibale Ovarian Cancer Foundation, established in memory of his late wife, Carol Annibale.
