Rani L. Berg

Rani Berg is a partner in Dentons’ Corporate, and Banking and Finance groups in Edmonton. With a focus on financial services and general commercial matters, Rani represents a diverse range of institutional and corporate clients in commercial financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real property transactions, lease negotiations and equipment leasing and finance. Rani’s practice has an emphasis on lending transactions, assisting both borrowers and lenders complete cash flow and acquisition financings, asset-based lending, loan syndications, construction financing, intercreditor matters and cross-border transactions. On the commercial side, Rani enjoys working on asset and share purchase transactions, advising on corporate governance and regulatory issues and drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, services contracts and leases.
