Rebecca J. Robb is litigation counsel at Hunter Litigation Chambers. Rebecca has a wide-ranging litigation practice, including civil, administrative, regulatory and criminal law. She has appeared before all levels of the Courts of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal and various administrative tribunals. Rebecca has been recognized by her peers in The Best Lawyers in Canada for her work in Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Administrative and Public Law, in the 10th edition of Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under ranking and as a “Rising Star” in dispute resolution by Legal 500. Rebecca is a graduate of the four-year Juris Doctor/Master of Arts (International Affairs) program at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. After graduating in 2012, Rebecca interned with the Pre-Trial Division of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Rebecca clerked for the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2012–2013 and was called to the BC bar in 2014. Rebecca is committed to pro bono work and is a board member and Secretary for Access Pro Bono. Rebecca also contributes to the legal community by participating as a guest lecturer in continuing legal education on various topics of advocacy and through her work as a member of the CBABC Judicial Advisory Committee.
