Robert Eisenberg

Robert Eisenberg is a Commercial Leasing lawyer who excels at identifying potential landmines and devising clear, creative, and proactive solutions. He is valued for his clear and to-the-point communication style and his ability to cut through the noise and focus on the issues that really matter to his clients to help them get the deal done. Robert acts for landlords and tenants across Canada in all commercial asset classes (retail, industrial, office and infrastructure). He also has specialized experience in dealing with complicated leasing structures including mixed-use developments, ground leasing, energy projects, airport hangars, build-to-suits, and aggregate extraction. Robert is recognized in the Canadian commercial leasing bar as a leader.
