Robyn Blumberg is a partner in the Construction and Infrastructure Law Groups at Cassels. Robyn’s practice primarily focuses on helping construction industry clients navigate the civil litigation and dispute resolution process. She advises owners, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial, institutional and residential construction issues, including bidding and tendering, deficiencies, delay, termination, construction liens, breach of contract, and breach of trust. Robyn has regularly appeared on construction lien and other matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and assists clients with construction adjudications commenced as part of the Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC) process. She is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Construction Law and Corporate & Commercial Litigation. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2016.
