Ryan Prescott

Ryan Prescott is counsel in McCarthy Tétrault’s Technology Law Group in Toronto, where he advises clients on technology (including artificial intelligence), procurement, intellectual property, and privacy law matters. He has extensive experience guiding clients through a broad range of commercial transactions, including software licensing, SaaS procurement, systems integrations, and outsourcing arrangements. Ryan regularly represents both public and private sector organizations at all stages of their IT and other complex or strategic commercial transactions, providing advice on procurement processes and strategy, drafting and reviewing agreements, and leading negotiations.
