Sabrina is a partner in the Class Action Litigation Group. Since 2006, her practice has focused on complex litigation, including class actions, multi-party litigation and mass torts involving products liability, consumer protection, and social justice issues. Sabrina has significant experience prosecuting a variety of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional class actions, including cases against the pharmaceutical, medical device and automotive industries. Notably, Sabrina successfully argued the first ever institutional abuse common issues trial in Canada that proceeded all the way to judgment and survived appeal. She has appeared at various levels of Court, in numerous jurisdictions across Canada and has assisted in international cases. Sabrina is recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. In addition to her practice, Sabrina has presented at numerous legal conferences across Canada and around the world. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Advocates Society and the American Association for Justice. Outside of work, Sabrina is a proud mother of a soon-to-be teenage daughter, avid cinephile, amateur gardener and keen traveller.
