Sarit Pandya

Sarit Pandya is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. He advises banks, life insurance companies, developers, asset managers, private equity funds, REITs, private capital providers, and other industry participants on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions across asset classes, financings (including corporate credit facilities (both secured and unsecured) fund finance transactions, project and construction financing, and traditional mortgage lending), construction and project development, and the structuring of real estate transactions (including private equity investments, partnerships, co-ownerships, and other ownership structures). He has significant experience in and has advised on transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, long-term care, education, hospitality, office, and single-family housing properties.
