On September 7, 2016, Chaudiere Hydro Limited Partnership, which is an affiliate of Hydro Ottawa, completed a private placement of an aggregate of $203,802,000 Senior Secured Amortizing Bonds.
Bruce Power L.P. has established a program providing for the offering and issuance of an unlimited aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes.
