Sean Fairhurst is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. His practice focuses largely on commercial and employment litigation matters for a variety of clients, ranging from closely held family businesses to large multi-national corporations and municipalities. A sought-after advocate, Sean has significant litigation experience in the context of agri-business, construction, oil & gas, employment and real estate. He has represented parties at all levels of court in Alberta, the Superior Court of Ontario and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as a wide range of regulatory tribunals and private arbitrations/mediations. To his successful litigation practice, Sean has integrated alternative dispute resolution, recognizing that not all matters are suited for the traditional court-streamed process.
