Sean Foran is a leading expropriation lawyer with extensive experience acting as counsel in large-scale infrastructure and property development projects. He regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and other boards and tribunals, as well as all levels of court up to the Ontario Court of Appeal, and serves as an advocate in commercial arbitrations. Sean is Past President of the Ontario Expropriation Association and has written and delivered papers for conferences and seminars on topics related to expropriation and land-related matters. He has also instructed at The Advocates’ Society. In addition to his expropriation and real estate practice, Sean also in employment-related disputes and advisory work.
