Sébastien C. Caron , AdE, ICD.D

Sébastien C. Caron is the Chairman of the Board of LCM Attorneys Inc. and one of its founding partners. He focuses his practice on litigation, commercial and securities law, and arbitration. He is involved in several significant class actions and has extensive experience in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He regularly acts for large issuers and financial institutions, including securities brokers and advisors, advising on the drafting and implementation of compliance policies and representing clients before civil and regulatory tribunals. Mr. Caron has been awarded the Quebec bar’s honorary title of Advocatus Emeritus, and his expertise is recognized by Chambers, Benchmark Canada, The Best Lawyers in Canada, and the Lexpert publications. He is active in the community and is frequently invited to speak and teach. He serves as Chair of the Quebec Advisory Committee of The Advocates’ Society and as First Vice-President of the Board of the Foundation of the Palliative Home-Care Society of Greater Montreal. He has also served on the boards of the International Bureau of Children’s Rights and Lawyers Without Borders, and is a former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec Branch Class Actions Section.
