Sébastien Vézina practises securities law with a focus on resource and mining companies. He advises on business combinations, contested takeover bids, corporate finance, partnerships, and revenue-based financing including metal streaming and royalty transactions, as well as on issues related to infrastructure, shipping, energy, telecommunications, and social acceptability. He is involved in all phases of the mining cycle, from exploration, project development and extraction, to mine closure. He advises boards of directors and special committees on securities law compliance matters, corporate governance, and related party transactions.
