Sheila is a civil litigation partner in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office, practising exclusively in Health and Insurance Law. She serves as defence counsel in complex professional negligence matters, bringing extensive experience to claims involving personal injury, property damage, and professional licensing and discipline. Her advocacy experience spans all levels of Court in Saskatchewan, along with numerous administrative tribunals. Sheila’s leadership includes long-standing service as a former Executive Member of the CBA National Health Law Section, and she is recognized as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
