He has developed significant expertise in the handling of complaints and disciplinary law, the management of physician privileges, access to information and confidentiality, internal regulations, agreements between establishments, and calls for tenders. Mr. Gagné is particularly interested in the legal aspects of the internal management of establishments and their administrators, offering a full range of services to his institutional and corporate clients.
