Partner and member of BLG’s Construction Group and International Trade and Arbitration Group. Practises commercial and construction litigation. Specializes in complex cases. Involved as lawyer or arbitrator in several large-scale disputes, nationally and internationally, concerning major infrastructural projects ranging from electrical power plants, to highways and bridges, aluminium smelters, petrochemical plants, gas pipelines, hospitals, and stadiums. Author and guest speaker on the topics of construction law, the law of evidence, and arbitration. Graduated from McGill University Law School with a BCL and LLB and from the University of London (LSE and UCL) with an LLM in international business transactions. Called to the Québec Bar in 1988.
