Sloan Mandel is a senior partner at Thomson Rogers LLP, which has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 10 Personal Injury Boutiques by Canadian Lawyer Magazine since 2011. He has a wealth of court and litigation experience, achieving some of Ontario’s largest personal injury and medical malpractice settlements and judgments. Certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation, Sloan’s practice focuses exclusively on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. He is one of very few plaintiff-side personal injury lawyers in the province to have been concurrently listed in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada publications and awarded an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
