Steeves Bujold is a partner at McCarthy Tétrault in Montréal and leader of the firm’s litigation group for the Québec region. He has a diversified practice in litigation and cutting-edge expertise in health law, medical and pharmaceutical liability, and professional law. He is a member of the Inclusion Now Council and Chair of the Pride Action Group. As such, he is the national leader of the diversity and inclusion initiatives for the LGBTQ2S+ community. He is Vice-President of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of its Board of Directors since 2019. He is also a member of the Québec Bar's Petitions Committee. He is a member of the Independent Advisory Board for Supreme Court of Canada Judicial Appointments for Québec Seats and also a member of the Federal Judicial Advisory Committee for Québec West. Mr. Bujold is a director and secretary of the Board of Directors of Adélard, a centre of contemporary art. Mr. Bujold is the recipient of Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and Governor of the Fondation du Barreau du Québec. Mr. Bujold received his Bachelor of Civil Law from Université Laval in 1998. He was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1999 and admitted to the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec in 2021.
