Stella is a partner in Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP’s Real Estate Department. Stella’s practice involves all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate, joint ventures, property management, and leasing of office, retail, and industrial space. She has developed particular expertise in portfolio acquisitions for real estate investment trusts (REITs), publicly-traded real estate companies, and other institutional investors. Stella also advises on the real property aspects of insolvency and security enforcement transactions, as well as on real property matters as part of corporate acquisitions, reorganizations, and insolvency restructurings.
Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:AP.UN) completed the acquisition of 700 de la Gauchetière Street West (“700 DLG”) and the RCA Building, 1001 Lenoir Street (“RCA Building”), both in Montréal.
