Stephanie practices exclusively in family law as a Mediator, Parenting Coordinator, Arbitrator and Collaborative Lawyer. She helps clients navigate separation amicably and has experience with complex property division, spousal and child support, and drafting marriage and cohabitation agreements. Her approach is child-centered and prioritizes family well-being. She co-chaired the committee that developed the Collaborative Parenting Plan for the BC Collaborative Roster Society and contributed to the AFCC-BC Parenting Plan Guide (AFCC Task Force, 2023). A former President of the BC Collaborative Roster Society, she now chairs the Steering Committee for the Family Law Organizer and served on the BC Parenting Coordinator Roster Society board for over ten years. Originally from Trail, BC, Stephanie earned a B.A. from SFU and an LL.B. from Dalhousie. Called to the Bars of BC and Nova Scotia in 1999, she has practiced family law and consensual dispute resolution in Vancouver since 2000 and co-founded Hamilton Fabbro in 2008. She is repeatedly ranked in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, named to Best Lawyers in Canada for family law and mediation since 2020, appointed to the SDRCC Tribunal in 2025, and designated King’s Counsel in 2025.
