Stephanie Fabbro practises family law exclusively. She is a parenting coordinator, arbitrator, mediator, and collaborative Lawyer. She is committed to helping her clients transition through divorce in an amicable and non-adversarial way. She has extensive experience with complicated property and support issues, as well as drafting complex marriage and cohabitation agreements. She has been instrumental in the ongoing development of alternative dispute resolution in family law. Through active engagement in leadership positions, Stephanie has worked to establish and enlarge the scope of non-adversarial approaches to family law dispute resolution, inviting, and supporting an interdisciplinary model that is responsive to the legal and non-legal needs of clients. Her approach is child-centered and facilitates the well-being of the entire family unit. She is the past president of the BC Collaborative Roster Society; sat on the board of the BC Parenting Coordinator Roster Society for ten years; and is the chair of the Steering Committee for the Family Law Organizer. Stephanie graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts and received her LLB from Dalhousie Law School. In December 2008, Stephanie co-founded Hamilton Fabbro. She was appointed King’s Counsel in May 2025.
