He has particular expertise in private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial arrangements and agreements. He also advises non-profit organizations on corporate, commercial and governance matters. Stephen articled with BLG before joining the firm. He also summered in-house with an international manufacturer of consumer goods.
