Suzanne Woolley

Suzanne has a general corporate and commercial practice, advising on a wide range of commercial contracts. She drafts and reviews agreements for the purchase and sale of goods/equipment, distribution, manufacturing, services, consulting, consignment, licensing, leasing, transportation, confidentiality and non-disclosure, non-compete/non-solicitation and unique commercial arrangements.
