Andrew Currier is a recognized leader in intellectual property, bringing together experience across industry, law, and academia. Before co-founding PCK Intellectual Property, Andrew served as General Counsel for a publicly traded flat panel display company, worked as IP counsel for a Silicon Valley start-up, and practiced at three of Canada’s national law firms. He is widely known for co-authoring Canadian Patent Law (LexisNexis), now in its fifth edition and cited by the Supreme Court of Canada. Andrew’s practice emphasizes corporate IP strategy. He works closely with C-suite executives to align IP planning with broader business objectives. Drawing from business plans, investor pitch decks, and corporate strategy documents, Andrew identifies and structures patent, trademark, and related IP programs that reinforce clients’ market positioning. His process includes budget proposals and transparent statements of work, empowering leadership teams to make informed decisions about their IP investment. His clients range from startups to large enterprises, and he supports them throughout their corporate growth, from founding to scale.
