Tari M. Hiebert

Tari Hiebert is a partner in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution group in the Edmonton office. She is a civil litigation lawyer with a diverse practice encompassing occupational health and safety law, health law, regulatory compliance, privacy law and administrative law. With a focus on providing practical and thoughtful advice, Tari advises clients across industries, including the health sector, mining, forestry, construction and transportation. She represents regulated professionals in civil claims, public complaints and regulatory proceedings, and advocates on their behalf in front of their regulators and before all levels of Court in Alberta. Tari’s litigation experience includes handling matters ranging from civil claims of fraud to representing clients in fatality inquiries. Within her occupational health and safety practice, Tari assists clients in compliance matters at the provincial and federal levels. She offers guidance on workplace incident management, regulatory charge defense and WCB issues, complemented by providing customized training modules tailored to clients' specific occupational health and safety needs.
