Thomas N.T. Sutton

Thomas is the head of the firm’s National Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial and contractual disputes and professional liability. He has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals and arbitration panels.
