Timothy M. Banks is a technology lawyer focusing on IT contracts, privacy, cybersecurity and CASL. In the area of technology contracting, Tim's particular expertise is in retail tech and property tech. He has handled negotiations with some of the largest providers of IaaS, implementation services agreements, and SaaS agreements for a wide variety of services. Tim repeatedly works on cross-border data breaches and has assisted clients in ensuring maximum recovery under cybersecurity insurance policies. Tim’s mission is to provide outstanding legal advice to clients that is understandable, tuned to risk tolerances, and operationally practical.
