Tommie Anne joined the Clyde & Co team in 2019, after having practised litigation for almost five years at a Montréal firm dedicated to municipal and insurance law. Her practice is focused on the defence of various professionals, insurers and professional orders. She drives complex matters and arbitration instances in the fields of insurance and construction. Moreover, she possesses fiscal and accounting knowledge which makes her a great asset. A versatile and seasoned lawyer, she had the opportunity time and time again to plead before most of Québec’s jurisdictional authorities, from the administrative tribunals to the Québec Court of Appeal, in the context of both civil and penal cases.
