William Lee

William Lee is a Partner in the Business Law and Financial Services Group at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Toronto.  Will advises and represents domestic and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders and alternative credit providers, pension funds, private equity sponsors, other financial sponsors, and corporate borrowers on all aspects of debt financing, including structured and acquisition financings, asset-based lending, subordinated and mezzanine financings, project financings, subscription facilities and NAV financings, as well as recapitalization transactions and financial restructurings. Will has significant experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex domestic and international credit and finance transactions across a wide range of industries and asset classes.  Will also co-leads McCarthy’s South Korea Practice and represents Korean clients in high-profile and complex projects, investments, and commercial transactions in Canada.
