Has particular expertise relating to the application of the legislative and regulatory regimes governing the construction industry and public procurement of construction projects in the province of Québec. Has argued numerous cases before the Québec, Ontario, and Federal Courts relating to procurement, construction, surety, professional, and product liability matters. Also has extensive experience related to Indigenous procured projects, particularly in Nunavut and Nunavik. Actively involved in the construction sector as a member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Construction Association. Also acts as an arbitrator in construction-related disputes. Called to the Bar in Québec (1989), Ontario (1986), and Nunavut (2013).
