Robert Staley's practice focuses on complex securities litigation, securities regulation and enforcement, shareholder activism and securities class actions. Rob is Chair of his firm’s Shareholder Activism and Critical Situations Practice Group. He has a broad trial and appellate practice in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He appears regularly in contested proceedings before provincial securities commissions.
