On June 14, 2000, the Court of Appeal for Ontario dismissed the appeal of Continent Wide Enterprises in its fight with Polaroid Canada with respect to the export of Polaroid products from Canada to other destinations. Continent Wide Enterprises, a well-known arbitrager of products including, amongst many other products, Polaroid film, had been prevented by Polaroid from exporting Polaroid’s products from Canada.
