Ryan Zahara is joining MLT Aikins LLP as a partner in the firm’s Calgary office. Zahara will be a member of the insolvency and restructuring group. Zahara has extensive experience in restructuring proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and acts for court-appointed officers in insolvency proceedings. Zahara has worked for clients in real estate, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing. Zahara’s practice also includes commercial litigation issues, including corporate foreclosures, enforcement actions and construction disputes.
