CIP Capital Acquires People 2.0 Global

CIP Capital Management LLP, a U.S. private equity firm, completed its acquisition of People 2.0 Global, L.P.

Founded in 2001, People 2.0 Global provides comprehensive back-office resources enabling organizations in the staffing sector to lower cost, reduce risk and expand their reach, while empowering market makers in talent acquisition and contingent workforce management segments to deploy workers directly in major global markets. The company provides services for leading staffing firms, recruiters, managed service providers, and consultants by serving as an employer of record (EOR) for global contingent workforces and ensuring compliance and timely payroll. The Company is headquartered in Exton, PA and has additional offices in Toronto and Houston.

CIP Capital Management is a New York based private equity firm focused on investing in growth-oriented, middle-market companies across the Business Information and Tech-Enabled Services sectors in North America. CIP seeks to invest in proven, profitable businesses that provide their customer bases with critical information, data-driven insights, and value-added outsourced services with investments in sectors including business services, data-driven marketing services, human capital management and knowledge services.
