Foster LLP announced that Brendan Miller has joined the Calgary-based firm as special counsel, effective Oct. 26. Miller’s practice focuses on litigation and appellate law in the areas of regulatory, public, constitutional, administrative, civil, commercial, criminal and international law. In this role, Miller will assist the firm’s diversification into general litigation.
