Macquarie Infrastructure Partners completed its acquisition of Fraser Surrey Docks from privately held APTL Terminals Ltd. on March 21, 2007. Fraser Surrey Docks operates a container and break bulk port terminal on a 132-acre site situated on the main arm of the Fraser River in Vancouver. The amount of the deal is undisclosed.
