Bank of Nova Scotia and Ontrea Sell Toronto Office Complex

The Bank of Nova Scotia and Ontrea Inc. sold the office complex located at One Queen Street East and 20 Richmond Street East in Toronto on February 28, 2002 to Ontario Pension Board and its subsidiary, OPB Realty Inc. The property was constructed in 1991 by Bramalea, as its corporate headquarters. The deal’s value is undisclosed.
